You may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days of the delivery date. The guarantee applies to all package sizes and to used, partial, or empty bottles. It applies only to orders made on this authorized portal; purchases from third-party sellers are not covered.

How to request a refund

Returns

Ship the bottles to the address we provide. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and we recommend a tracked method. Please include your order number so we can match the return to your account.

Refund processing

Once your return is received or shown in transit, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Original outbound shipping charges, where they applied, are not refundable.

Exchanges and damaged items
