Processing and delivery

Orders placed on lipoflownatural.com ship within one business day. Average delivery within the United States is 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. The 2-bottle starter package ships at a standard flat US rate shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking your order

Keep the confirmation email with your order number. If your tracking has not updated within a few business days, contact [email protected] and we will look into it.

Returns and refunds

Lipo Flow is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email support within 60 days of delivery and we will provide the return address. You may return used, partial, or empty bottles. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping, where charged, is non-refundable, and return postage is the customer's responsibility. Full terms are in the refund policy and guarantee.

Wrong or damaged item

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a seal that is not intact, do not use it. Contact us right away with a photo and your order number and we will make it right. You can also confirm your batch on the verification page.
